WHOA! We had another GREAT week!
During morning meeting this today, I talked to the kids this morning about how Kindness is like a BOOMERANG. Every time we are kind to someone, someone will be kind to us. It's amazing how we can create a cycle of kindness by one small act. We were also so excited to celebrate around 20 POP TICKET WINNING students this morning. We were so excited, we forgot to write down the names! These students showed excellent behavior, were kind to their friends, did great work or simply went above and beyond our school ILEAD expectations. We are proud of our TRAILBLAZERS and we'll make sure we celebrate those POP TICKET winners on the blog, starting next week.
Just a reminder, this coming week is a full week of school prior to Labor Day weekend. We are excited to share our first SHARPEN THE SAW (Habit 7) activity with our students on Friday - the last time we were able to have this was in February of 2020. I know it is a much needed and happy time for our students to get to know one another and build relationships with the staff.
Finally, I want to thank you for your patience with us as School Dismissal Manager has been down for most of the week. We are in contact with the company and are hoping that it is repaired to start next week.
